3- Fraternity Election Forms

There are two necessary forms to document election results:

a- “Record of Fraternity Elections” form click here.  This form is for documentation of the election for the Minister Prefect and Councilors positions by the fraternity members.

b- “Record of Council Positions Appointments” form click here.  This form is for documentation of the council positions (viceminister, secretary, treasurer, councilors) appointed at the 1st Council meeting after the fraternity’s elections.

Please note that the ritual for the Franciscan Wake Service is under “Ritual Prayers” in the menu bar.  To request the wake service fill out the form available here and give a copy to your fraternity minister.
